The Benjamin Peters story
Shortly after the birth of his son, Benjamin, Peter Parkes opened Benjamin Peters on the Ithaca Commons in August 1994, with the expectation that this specialty store would be Ithaca's finest men's clothing, sportswear and shoe store.

The staff at Benjamin Peters has assured this dedication by providing excellent quality, value, personal service and master tailoring. The suit and sportcoat collection is the area's largest, all tailored to meet individual customer needs.
The sportswear collection features business casual and weekend wear with collections from the best brands in the industry. The newly expanded shoe department includes comfortable walking shoes, dress shoes, boots and sandals. The associates of Benjamin Peters invite you to share the excitement of the season with them.
